Jumbo

Jumbo vacuum tube lifters come in three versions:

JumboErgo
JumboSprint
JumboHandy

They are suitable for handling boxes, barrels, furniture, appliances and much more. They lift loads of up to 300 kg (660 lb). without the need for chain or rope hoists, cranes, manipulators or other lifting mechanism.

VacuMaster

Suspended from a chain hoist, VacuMaster systems easily lift, hold and move loads of many kinds, such as metal sheets and plates, wood panels, and stone slabs. They can rotate through 90°, swivel through 180° and lift loads to 2,000 kg (4,400 lb).

VacuMaster Eco

VacuMaster ECO generates its own vacuum through applied mechanical force. You simply hang it on a hoist suspended from a crane and it is ready for action, with no need for external power or air supply! As the operator raises VacuMaster ECO, the suspension chain tightens and the valve switch triggers the gripping of the load by the suction pads. A vacuum is built up in a matter of seconds, gripping the load securely and allowing it to be lifted and moved.

In the picture below, VacuMaster Eco 1000-4 lifts a metal sheet in the horizontal position from the stack. The device functions of "Pick up load" and "Release load" are initiated automatically when the crane hook is raised and lowered.



 
   

VacuMaster Laser

VacuMaster Laser was designed in cooperation with the metalworking industry to perform three operations that are vital to the laser-cutting process:

  1. Lift and place metal sheet on the Laser Cutting Machine
  2. Lift and remove old parts when process is finished
  3. Lift and remove the 'skeleton' (i.e. the remnant sheet)

VacuMaster Laser handles sheets as large as 1500 x 3600 mm (5 x 12 ft) and weighing up to 340 kg (750 lb).


 

VacuClamp

VacuClamp is the patented vacuum clamping system for CNC machining centres in the wood and plastics industries. This innovative vacuum clamping table provides the ultimate flexibility and speed when clamping workpieces and/or changing setups.

Vacuum Turning Bench

A special solution for the woodworking industry is the new Vacuum Turning Bench VWT 180° for unwieldy and heavy panels. Workpieces with an area of up to 3000 x 2000 mm (120x80 in.), a thickness of up to 50 mm (2 in.) and a weight of up to 150 kg (330 lb) can be turned and handled easily, quickly and safely, by a single person. The load can be turned through 180° in 10 seconds.
