Turntables

Our turntables make continuous work station activity a reality. There need never be any downtime.

For parts picking, a LIFTANDMOVE turntable ensures that a pick face is always available. When the pick face is exhausted, the operator rotates the turntable to present a new pick face or a new container to work with.

It's the reverse principle when loading parts into containers. Once the container is full, the operator rotates the table and an empty one is immediately available to work with. The full one can be taken away by lift truck without disrupting activity.

Air casters power the turntable. The operator actuates an air valve and plant air inflates the casters. They lift the deck, which the operator can now rotate easily by hand. The continuous air flow eliminates friction. Powered rotation is available too.

	Single-container turntables are used for double-sided racks or to prevent unnecessary stretching by operators when working with large single racks.
	Two-container turntables come in 6 configurations including tilt decks and lift decks. They have 4,000 pounds (1 800 kg) capacity per position. Containers are located back to back or side by side on the turntable.
	Four-container turntables have 13 configurations including side-by-sides and lift-and-tilt models, again with 4,000-pound capacity per container.
